The Lincoln County School Nutrition Program is proud to be able to now offer you the option to pay for your child(ren)’s school meals online. This service will be available beginning Monday September 17, 2012 with convenient 24/7 access. In addition to online payments, you will be able to manage your entire family’s school meal accounts from home, office, or any Internet accessible computer or mobile device. You will be able to check your child(ren)’s current meal account balances, as well as view a report of the last 30 days transactions for your child, so you can track how your money is being spent. You can also choose to receive low balance notifications by email, and you can set automatic reloads of your student accounts.
Our system will accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online checks. A processing fee of $1.95 will be charged to you per transaction, and you may add funds to more than one account in each transaction. Lincoln County Schools receives NONE of this processing fee. Secure online payment processing is handled through Heartland Payment Services, one of the largest online payment processors for school systems. Generally, funds appear in student accounts in real-time, but processing could take as long as 24 hours.
In order to access the online payment system, select the MySchoolBucks link to be carried to their website. Select “Register for a Free Account” proceed through the one-time account setup. You will also need the 7-digit State Student ID number for each student you wish to include. You can obtain this number from the school your student attends
