New Student Enrollment

               New Students entering Blanche School 2008-2009
                 should have the following information before enrolling:

                         New Student Data Form (available in the school office)
                         Current TN immunization form & current physical exam
                         Copy of Birth Certificate
                         Copy of Social Security Card
                         Proof of Residence (if needed)
                         Copy of Legal Documents/Custody Papers (if applicable)
                         Withdrawal papers or report card from previous school
