Flintville Elementary School
2007-2008
Open House will be held annually.

Parent/Student/Teacher Compacts will be used in grades K-8 annually.

Student planners will be used in grades three-eight as needed.

Students work will be sent home at regular intervals.

Mr. LaFevers will distribute the Home School Connection Newsletter monthly to all students.

Progress reports and report cards will be sent out four times a year.

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held formally twice a year.  Teachers and parents can request conferences at any time throughout the year.

The school newsletter will be sent out weekly.  It will be used to make parents aware of opportunities for volunteering, parent education, home support ideas, etc.

Parents will be involved in school decision making through participation on the School Improvement Team.  (At least one parent will serve on this committee along with FES faculty.)

21st Century Learning  (Video series purchased through the Title I office, located in the library)
