Lincoln County Schools is proud to announce that the 9-12 teacher of the year is Will Harbin. Mr. Harbin teaches Physics at Lincoln County High School and has taught Physical Science and ACT Prep in the past. He also serves as the Student Council, Academic Team, and Beta Club Sponsor.
Mr. Harbin is a 2010 graduate of Lincoln County High School. He received a Bachelors Degree in Meteorology from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Masters in Education from Middle Tennessee State University. His experience includes both work in television as well as research with NASA, the National Weather Service, and emergency management.
Residing in the Flintville community, he enjoys music and a good book in his spare time, and is most often found with a cup of coffee! He is a member of the Flintville First Baptist Church where he plays the piano and organ and takes part in many other local community activities.
