Lipscomb University has partnered with Lincoln County in the South Central CORE Region to deliver an exciting leadership development program made possible by the Tennessee Transformational Leadership Alliance Grant. Three aspiring
educational leaders will participate in the leadership fellowship and will earn either a M. Ed. or an Ed.S in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University as well as administrative licensure at no cost to them. Fellows will be trained in instructional coaching and feedback by the Ayers Institute for Teacher Learning and Innovation and will also earn an instructional coaching certificate from Lipscomb University. The three chosen from Lincoln County includes: Tracy Davis, Highland Rim School; Holly Steelman, Highland Rim School; and Hannah Posey from Lincoln County High School.
