Spring Brindley was named the 2024-2025 Supervisor of the Year for Lincoln County Schools! With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Mrs. Brindley has made significant contributions to the field of education and has played a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experiences of students within her district.
Mrs. Brindley is married to Paul, and together they have a wonderful daughter, Emory. Their family is a source of support, and Mrs. Brindley's dedication to education is reflected in her commitment to nurturing the next generation.
Beginning her twenty-second year in education, Mrs. Brindley has dedicated her professional life to fostering learning and growth. Her journey began in the classroom, where she spent seven years as a classroom teacher, shaping the minds and futures of her students. Her leadership abilities soon became evident, leading her to serve as an assistant principal for three years, followed by four years as a principal. For the past nine years, Mrs. Brindley has excelled as a district supervisor, guiding and supporting educators in their pursuit of excellence.
Mrs. Brindley earned her Bachelor of Agriculture Science in Agricultural Economics and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2001. She then pursued a Master of Education from the University of Georgia, Athens, in 2003, followed by an Education Specialist in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009.
Mrs. Brindley's certifications include Professional Administrator PreK-12, Vocational Agriculture, Agriscience for grades 7-12, and Biology for grades 7-12. Dr Bill Heath stated, “her commitment to educational excellence, combined with her extensive experience, has made a profound impact on her district.”
