Today's opening day was all about our gifts. Focusing on our own talents, we drew from our own people.
Through the gifts of laughter, song, performance, and more, we were challenged and reminded today of one of the greatest gifts that we have - the gift of time. It was this time today, together, that our schools united to refocus, renew, and re-energize. Thank you to all of the individuals and sponsors that help me today possible.
Next week, our students will return, and it will be up to us to use our unique gifts in our own ways as work toward our collective goals. What a wonderful, exciting time that will be! We can't wait to see our students and their families next Monday!
